Shipping and Returns


All deliveries to the Bristol and Bath city areas will be on our own transport and Free of Charge. 

All other areas will either be sent via 2nd class post or our carrier system. 

Ellis Building Products (EBP) Ltd Delivery Charges may vary depending on the length and weight of the order and will be calculated at the checkout.

Some products, IE: buckets over 3 gallon and lenths over 1.4 meters, will incur an additional cost due to the carrier’s charging for volume rather than its weight, this will be calculated at the checkout

Please Note:- We will not ship beads or sheet mesh on our carriers due to concerns over damage carriers may cause to these products. We will however if, you are in the Bristol or Bath area deliver them on our own transport at no additional cost. Please contact us to see if you are able to benefit from this option.

All prices are excluding VAT.

The cost for deliveries outside Mainland UK will be quoted upon receipt of order.

The standard service to addresses in Mainland UK is three working days unless otherwise specified on receipt of order.

To ensure a next day delivery to an address in Mainland UK, your order should be received by 12:00pm and the next day option selected, however some areas of Mainland UK are not able to benefit from the next day service (IE: some areas of Scotland), in this case we will inform you on receipt of order.

Most deliveries are by APC, U K Mail or TNT and on dispatch the tracking/consignment number will be updated on the website; this will enable you to track delivery using the APC, U K Mail or TNT Web-Site.

Our policy lasts until 7 days after the receipt of the order of your goods. Except in the case of faulty items. Special order items will not be refunded unless faulty.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require you to ask us for a returns number and provide your receipt.

To return your product, you should mail your product using a traceable method to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund for the goods, we will not refund any shipping costs incurred this also includes any delivery charges for the original sale. 

We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Any goods received without prior arrangement will not be refunded.


Refunds (if applicable) 

In the first instance, please contact us either by email at or telephone 0117 9604799 or 0117 9083279, so that we can confirm the item can be returned under the terms. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days. We may need to contact you for card details for this process to be completed. Please ensure you provide as many methods of contacting you as possible.
